1. Service Description
ResumeForge provides an AI-assisted resume generation service. Upon completing a one-time payment, you receive access to generate and download a professionally formatted resume as a PDF. This is a digital service delivered instantly upon payment.
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. ResumeForge charges a one-time fee per resume. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Existing purchases are not affected by price changes.
3. Refund Policy
Because ResumeForge delivers a digital product instantly upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a resume has been generated and made available for download. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your resume, please contact us and we will make it right.
4. Use of Generated Content
You retain full ownership of the resume content generated for you. You may use, edit, and distribute your resume freely. ResumeForge does not claim any rights over content generated on your behalf.
5. Accuracy of Content
ResumeForge uses AI to assist in resume generation. While we strive for quality output, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all content before submitting your resume to employers. ResumeForge is not liable for errors, omissions, or outcomes related to the use of generated resumes.
6. Privacy
Information you submit (name, work history, skills, etc.) is used solely to generate your resume. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
7. Limitation of Liability
ResumeForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
