ResumeForge delivers a digital product — your resume — instantly upon payment. Because the service is fulfilled immediately and the product is available for download right away, we are unable to offer refunds once a resume has been generated.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your resume, we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion. Please reach out within 7 days of your purchase.

Chargebacks
